I have a small cottage which Sven said he could paint in one day and he gave me a quote for this. Then he postponed several times at the very last minute, and when he did come to paint, he called me repeatedly throughout the day to say that it would cost more than the quote, and he also said he wouldn't be able to complete it in a day as he had said.
