Our opinion is Stella, whom is not only the practice manager but also an owner of the practice and Dr Michael Kang have provided appalling snd sub-standard service to ourselves and our elderly father. More Than Medicine Braddon has been providing health services for many years now and I have full faith in this facility close to the city centre,
Great staff, knowledgeable and caring. Well organised, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I have had fantastic service from Arnagretta and staff over several years. Thank you. Please just a note, today is the 8th Jan/2025. You are supposed to be open but I cannot get through on the telephone as message of being closed is still on the messagebank. I do need to speak to the office regarding an appointment.
I was referred by my GP to a specalist at More Than Medicine due to ongoing respiratory concerns. After being told I needed a lung function test before the appointment, I took two days off work, booked accommodation, and traveled to Canberra for the test. Running my own business, this resulted in a significant loss of income, but I was reassured by reception multiple times that my follow-up appointment could be done via telehealth, which was crucial for me as I could not easily travel again.
