The worst manufacturing facility I have ever stepped foot in. The manufacturing environment is ran as a dictatorship, by an incompetent leader in John Chapman. Decisions are made without any analytical data but rather on personal opinion. Upper management unfortunately can not see through this ruse and supports a hostile and structureless operation.
