I have regularly used this company and have had prompt first class service and value for money.
We've used MTG for many years with 2 properties. I could not find them to be more opposite to the 1 star reviews here. For example, I rang them noon yesterday and they were around 2 hours later. I've always found the engineers very cheerful and easy to deal with, and the office couldn't be more helpful and friendly! I wrote this review now - simply because I so wished every other company one deals with could be as easy as MTG. Personally,I love 'em.
