Should be zero stars. I made an order on their website on December 10th 2025, it took my order and went through, took my money, gave me a pickup time, and when it came time to get my food, THEY WERE CLOSED. Now their phone number is out of service and I'm still waiting to get my $43 back or get my flipping food. Their website is still operational and will take your money if you try and make an order.... BUT, BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE CLOSED AND YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING BUT RIPPED OFF FOR YOUR MONEY!
Food sucks, misplaced orders ( orderd steak wraps, got meatless Caesar wraps instead), no accountability from the owners, they played stupid while I was on the phone with them, horrible service, do not recommend!!!
Checked hours before ordering online at 130pm, store hours said they were open. Paid $30 for a sandwich and fries, went to pick it up, and the doors were locked. After calling to get a refund, you get left with a voicemail that's not even activated.
I placed an order last night, for pickup from the location at 4110 Walker Rd (in Windsor). Went there to pick the order up and found the door locked and the lights off. Would give ZERO stars if possible.
