Bought a Murphy bed at the beginning of the year. The lights installed into the Murphy bed do not work. Contacted them after I learned they were not working back this spring around April. Haven't heard back. Drove by to the location spoke with the sales representative. She again put a ticket for repair service It's now been about another 40 days and still haven't received a call. The Murphy bed itself is good and comfortable but the service is very poor
Purchased a Murphy Bed and desk. The installers were completely unprofessional. Insulted us in our own home when they came to install the Murphy Bed. Would not recommend to anyone, nor use them again.
We were extremely please with the service from beginning to end. Thank you Kristin, Daniel, Spencer, and Ann you all provided get customer service.
Great company
Initially we had a hard time getting ahold of someone, but there was a quick response. They have gone above and beyond when repairing a Murphy bed and we can’t say enough good things about the service provided.
