UPDATED 11/13/24 I am updating my review & rating because I did end up hearing from the owner, Ben, who personally made sure that the bed was fixed as it should have been, under warranty. The repairman, Joel, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. It was clear he knows his work and takes pride in doing it well. I have owned several murphy beds over the course of 20 years. Most recently I purchased one from More Space Place (just over a year ago) for the occasional use in a guest room. 1) Installers were very unprofessional. 2) Customer service has been non-existent. 3) Quality of the product is the worst I have experienced (might as well have purchased from Amazon, at least I could have returned it). 4) Warranty has not been honored (they told me there would be a trip charge, and that any repairs would not be covered because we had... read more
