The entire team at More Space Place were wonderful to work with. From the early vision and planning phase, to execution and final install, they were professional, responsive, on-time, and did beautiful work. We have a queen size bed unit with built in bookcase and it works perfectly for guests as needed, and offers a stunning office space by day.

Had a great experience buying from More Space. The assistance with the process by Vet was great. Her recommendations were a big help. The bed is used quite often after install. It's a quality piece. Great customer service and responsiveness. Would buy another bed from here.
My initial purchase of a queen size Metropolitan Traditional Murphy bed with customized mouldings over 5 years ago was a great experience. The bed still looks and functions perfectly. Recently, an adjustment was needed, and the customer service couldn’t have been better. They responded promptly and corrected the issue. I highly recommend both their products and customer service!
UPDATED 11/13/24 I am updating my review & rating because I did end up hearing from the owner, Ben, who personally made sure that the bed was fixed as it should have been, under warranty. The repairman, Joel, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. It was clear he knows his work and takes pride in doing it well. I am confident that if Joel had installed the wallbed in the first place we would have had no trouble at all.
