Amazing product and amazing support. I had an almost 4 year old cover, one of the straps recently broke. Come to find out there's an easier way to fasten it to the bike that I was not aware of, but I reached out and asked about repair. They emailed me back the next day telling me to send it in. They ended up replacing it. I love that the shade is long lasting, but I will definitely buy from them again and tell everyone else to also. I have a few of the More Shade head bands and absolutely love them. They stay in place and are very comfortable. I also have a couple other items from their clothing line and my gosh I love them! If you want quality products and a chance to support a wonderful company, this is the place to be!!

I sent a message to the company on a holiday because I was off and had time. Did not expect to get a reply only minutes later, but was able to get a custom piece ordered. My shade was made and sent out the very next day. Once received it was better than I had visioned, easy to put on bike, and seat was not as hot as without shade. CCant do much with near 100° heat, but better than nothing. Enjoyed the experience from initial contact to receiving final piece. I will be recommending the product to other bike riders.
