Refused service to my children because another family member apparently had a bad experience not me nor my children. When I questioned what that had to do with my children receiving service she played the victim saying she felt like she was being bullied and harassed simply because I asked. Also had left several messages over quite a long period of time prior trying to schedule appointments and never heard back...claims they never received those messages. I love the dentist here! Her and her husband are amazing and I highly recommend them!
Wonderful couple who owns this Dental office did a wonderful job getting her cracked teeth fixed so she feels more confident with her smile. Happily recommended this Dental office if you want a nice environment, good communication and a happy smile.
Even one star is too much! This place is a chop shop for teeth. Broke HIPPA. No privacy everyone can hear what the woman is telling you. Don’t go! Let me add it was for my three children with a different last name! I’ve already filed a report with husky. We were in at the end of November. So do not dismiss this review as a “hateful unfounded false” statement.
The doctor and staff were amazing! This doesnt seem like the place to go if you need major work done. Very kind and thorough. Cares a lot about their patients and makes sure you have everything you need before leaving. Very down to earth and very comfortable there.
