Look, if you have a an ache or pain that is impacting your mobility and isn’t responding to traditional techniques, medical massage is totally worth checking out. Theresa is a wonder and has made a big impact on my shoulder issues that PT was barely touching. I was skeptical, but after one session I was feeling less pain and experiencing increased mobility. I’m three sessions in and I’m back to almost 100%, doing overhead presses and pull ups again! I’m thrilled! Folks, this really works and I can not recommend it enough!

Theresa takes the time to understand your pain/need and works to provide immediate relief while focusing on healing. Her knowledge is evident by both the immediate relief, recommendations for stretches, and long term improvement. She’s helped me with an IT band injury and shoulder pain! I am was prompted to write this review after seeing her post as I was looking for contact information to make another appointment!
