Paid top dollar for a glass shower enclosure. Had problems 2 months after installation. Never opened and closed correctly. Tried talking to company and was cussed at and hung up on. Tenant never complained about it and now the company said it is out of warranty. Had some experts look at it and said it was never installed correctly. Very disappointed in their work ethic and lack of workmanship.
I was just trying to order a piece of glass cut to size. They gave me the run around, and twice didn't have it ready when i showed up.
Said it would be done within the day, kept their promise. Didn’t have to wait to custom order my dual pane window because they said they’re the source. I saw two guys coming in with the new window panel so I started making them coffee while I waited. Didn’t even finish making the coffee and they already finished their job, in and out in 5 minutes. Incredible.
I had them install a frameless glass shower door. It was not installed properly and is rubbing when opening and closing. I was told I have a lifetime warranty on the installation. I have called them probably 10 times and every time I get a different excuse why they can’t come out and service their work. They keep changing the warrantee They tried to say it was my fault that was installed incorrectly they give me fake numbers to follow up with managers they don’t return my phone calls.
