Bec helped me solve a problem with my shoulder that bothered me since years. As an amateur atlethe I was very passionate to find a solution for it, but even after trying dozens of Physio therapists and sports doctors I suffered from it. She called it a Saturday night arm, did acupuncture several times and showed me some exercises. Well, here I am, writing a review straight from the gym filled with gratitude for being helped and recovered. Thank you!

Went to Steve with an ankle injury after a game of basketball over the weekend a few weeks back. Felt so much better after the first session i was almost walking normally! Over the next few sessions he gave me some exercises I've never seen before which have helped me so much i really feel like i am playing better now than ever before. I have been so impressed with every part of his care.
