I've been going to More Fire for a year and a half, and in that time; my BMI has gone from 35 to around 20, my blood pressure has dropped to normal, my chronic lower back pain has melted away, and I am stronger, faster, and in the best shape of my life. This CrossFit gym has something no other gym has, and that's Coach Drew. He educates and encourages like no one I ever met. Thank you, More Fire, for helping me find my inner athlete.
I have worked out for years and trained in and around alot of gyms. Morefire crossfit has by far been my best experience. I have made more progress in 3 years here than i have in the past 10-15 years of training. I have lost over 50 pounds since i started in 2016 and kept it off.
