I really enjoy your cupcakes, which is why this has been so disappointing. Twice now I’ve ordered cupcakes for delivery and included a note requesting extra frosting on the regular cupcakes (which, as you know, are frosted individually). I let it go the first time, but after it happened again, I felt I should say something. The request for extra frosting was even printed on the order receipt, yet it was still ignored.
