I visit Molly’s bakery every time I’m in Chicago!!! Stumbled across this bakery, searching close to our hotel back in 2019 and I have to stop by whenever I’m in the Chi. Didn’t get 1 of my favs the Creme Brûlée they were already sold out when I made it there. So, I got my other fav Butterscotch cupcake😋
Update: Response from company is nothing but “business hyperbole”. I stand by my review and welcome the opportunity to share all message screenshots of how the process went down=very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Gave this place a second chance after a Valentine’s Day delivery went wrong. They corrected that issue next day which was good. This place is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly, their specialty drinks, hot chocolate and apple cider, are the best ever...and then the cupcakes and cheesecakes... WHOA!! THERE ARE SO MANY SELECTIONS AND THEY ARE (the ones we tried and purchased in a 6 pack) THE BEST CUPCAKES WE HAVE EVER HAD. Irony, there is a dental place in the same building, but he/she must make a killing as we went twice in a 3 day trip!
Right when you walk in you smell the freshly made cupcakes. 🤤🧁 The place is visually pleasing and decorated really cute for March. (The swings to sit on are a nice touch.) They have a variety of choices you can pick from and I love trying the new cupcakes as they pop up. Thank you for taking pride in the company, keeping it clean and giving great customer service.
