Dropped in for the first time earlier this summer for a flat tire, and since will go out of my way to come by this bike shop. Lincoln has been incredibly helpful, and kind. My bike is well taken care of and I always learn something new. Highly recommend!!
My husband and I have been bringing our bikes here for a few years now. Don gave us good biking recommendations, Nico was always helpful, and most recently Lincoln did an excellent job on both our bikes - addressing issues that previous service staff (at different stores) could not solve. We'll keep coming back! Thank you for the great service!
Came to the shop on Saturday (July 18, 2026) at 5:20 PM. There were still 40 minutes left until closing time, but the place was empty, and there was a 'gone for a one-hour lunch break' sign on the door. Typical Canadian business style. Don't do this again, please (i want to support small businesses). Sincerely
Unhelpful staff. I went during Khatsalano days and the store had a sign that things were on sale. Inside the store the lone staff member sat on the phone ignoring me (the only person in the store) while I wandered around with my item in hand. I had to move on with my family and left after 5-7 minutes with a plan to return when she wasn't "busy". When I called back the next day, they refused to honour the sale price from yesterday despite explaining that they didn't have enough staff to serve me. Poor form and another reason ... read more
