Lincoln at More Bikes took such good care of my belt drive bicycle. I brought it in with multiple issues, and he went above and beyond the necessary repairs to ensure the longevity and health of my bike. He's extremely passionate and knowledgable, and happily educated me about the mechanics of what was going on, as well as answered any additional concerns I had. He's the best!

Avoid More Bikes in Vancouver — My Experience Was a Complete Disaster I strongly advise not buying anything from this shop. On March 26, I wanted to buy a bicycle for my child as a birthday gift. I went in to the W4th location with a loose crankset during a group ride and they fixed it perfectly on the spot so that I could continue riding with my friends; the bike was in the stand for less than 30 minutes and then I was on my way riding again! Excellent service!
They helped me fix a last minute bottom bracket problem with my bike the day before my race. The tech was a solid guy and set me up good
