Professional, quick, and rock solid work. I had a great experience here coming in for service on a Saturday morning. My chain broke at the start of my ride. They had a new pin in it in no time and I was back up and running within 20 minutes, held for the rest of my 2hr ride no problem!
Good customer service for e-commerce purchase
Ignore the ancient, low-star, reviews. Lincoln is awesome, super helpful, and really friendly. It's also a one-man show most of the time. I've purchased parts and service through More Bikes several times and they have always been happy to try to price match with parts I can find online. I am not surprised to see all of the 1 star reviews of this place. I have come here three times to buy items and every time I have been absolutely floored at how much they're trying to charge for their products and services. This time it was a dropper post cable and a few feet of cable housing -- $42.00. They are so far above market costs that I feel ripped off walking into this store. I ended up going to my regular shop and getting high quality cable and housing for 1/3 of this price. I will not be returning and will drive ... read more
