I've lost count of how many times More Bikes Kitsilano has helped me fix my bike! Their service is always rapid, efficient, and professional. No matter the issue, whether it's a quick adjustment or a more complex repair, they handle it with expertise and care. Just purchased a 2024 Rocky Mountain Altitude A50 and was extremely happy with the personal attention they took to setup the suspension and fitting for my riding style; they also included free tubeless setup and discounts on accessories to make my ride more custom to my needs.
Great shop with an awesome selection of bikes. The guys helped me out with what I thought was a broken chain, when actually it was just a quick link. They had me back on my bike super fast. Would give this shop 10 stars if I could! Thanks for you help and you will see me again.
I am not surprised to see all of the 1 star reviews of this place. I have come here three times to buy items and every time I have been absolutely floored at how much they're trying to charge for their products and services. This time it was a dropper post cable and a few feet of cable housing -- $42.00. They are so far above market costs that I feel ripped off walking into this store. I will not be returning and will drive further just to go to a shop that makes me feel like they're on my side and not a scam artist.
