Starting in April More Bikes opens a new location in West Vancouver to bring high-quality services closer.

my rear tire was a bit low so I stopped in and they filled it up for me, the guy was really nice about it. about 20 minutes later, my tire popped while it sitting on the grass next to me--not while I was riding it or anything. I brought it back maybe half an hour later, explained that they had just filled my tire, and now it had popped and they said it it wasn't their fault and would be 30$ to fix. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
I dropped into the store on a Saturday to get my tires checked and inflated. They were extremely friendly and dropped everything to help me out. Thanks for the great service! I purchased my Kona bike from them back in 1991 from the original location and still have the bike today in its original condition. ( in the pic below)

Great experience. Great staff. I had a service need that turned out to be a little more elaborate than first expected they were able to take care of it same day.
