Came all the way from the east side because I had facial appointment at 2pm today, and found out the salon is closed due to remodeling without any notice prior to my arrival. They SHOULD and COULD’VE AT LEAST send me a msg to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I tried to call them through their customer service WeChat account, and no one answered. What a scam; probably the MOST IRRESPONSIBLE salon I’ve ever seen!
