Dr. Ema is consistently late, often making us wait 20-30 minutes past the appointment time. It’s frustrating and inconsiderate, as it shows a lack of respect for other people’s time. I really feel for the front desk staff; she’s always so kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, my husband and I are looking for a new provider because we’re tired of the constant delays and it feels like our time isn’t valued. Called for therapy and the said they don't have a therapist only have for medication treatments. The guy who answered was not professional at all and gave the phone to a lady who told me that. Wouldn't recommend
First time I contacted the office. A male representative answered he was not knowledgeable and lacked professionalism. He couldn’t answer basic questions he transferred me to a female without properly placing me on hold, causing an interruption in her current conversation I could hear another person complaining to her about medications and records.
