I had the most AMAZING experience at More 2 Love Bridal.. all thanks to BOZ!!!!! From the moment I entered the store I felt seen, cared for, prioritized, and special. Extremely disappointed with this store. I purchased two dresses, and when my sister changed her mind about one (brand new, never worn, tags still on), the store was completely unwilling to help. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, I understand that is totally unrealistic, but I just wanted some support or flexibility. Instead, I was told to cut/alter the dress in order for it to be considered for consignment. That’s absurd, especially for a dress less than a year old. More 2 Love Bridal is amazing! As a mid-size bride, I felt very welcome and supported every step of the way. Lorraine was my stylist and she was so fun and supportive. She always made sure to listen to my needs and encouraged me to stay true to myself and what I want. M2L’s collection of dresses is vast with so many beautiful options, and I did manage to find my dream dress from Studio Levana!
