Called about a tractor attachment and spoke with Blake. He not only had the attachment at a fair price, but offered to deliver it to me. I feel like Blake went above and beyond!
Horrible customer service experience. Setting up a pick up from our farm for our zero turn, easy. Pick up, easily done on Friday. Never got a confirmation that it arrived. Never received a quote or anything explaining cost for service. Got a call Tuesday everything was done and the cost. Asked about the emergency break not working correctly and if they had noticed during the service. They said no. The break doesn’t engage. I asked if they could look into it and let me know. I had new system installed on my tractor and the hydraulic hoses weren't long enough, but they replaced them with the proper length at no extra cost. I have always had great service at Mordt tractor. Thank you.
