Phone appointments??? Seriously??? Wow!! That’s awful!! I practically begged them for an appointment; at first, a very rude man answered. If I hadn't gone to the office—where Rosalinda contacted them to have them call me back—I never would have been able to get an appointment. They finally called, but at the end of the questionnaire, the man told me the actual appointment was *also* over the phone!!! How is the doctor supposed to examine me over the phone?? Mi cita era por teléfono y nunca me lo hicieron saber todavía un día antes llamé y nada manejé una hora para que al llegar me dijeran es por teléfono su cita desepcionante este lugar ni siquiera mandan un mensaje un día o unas horas antes como recordatorio de la cita simplemente mal servicio
If I could give zero stars I would! If you are referred here I highly recommend you don't waste your time and get a referral elsewhere. The staff is extremely unhelpful and it takes FOREVER to actually get seen in person for any procedures.
If you can find. Please find another Gastroenterologist. The office staff do not help. They tell you someone will call and no one does. They cancel appointments without notifying you and have you in limbo and why without any kind of resolution.
Estupidos no les importa les tienes que rogar por un servicio y cuando consigues una cita la farmacia y la oficina manda mal las instrucciones y el medicamento que tal que mi mamá lo toma? Y le hace daño? Pendejos. Un año esperando por esta cita para que seguro al final no llegue la nueva medicina a tiempo y cancelen la cita. No valen verga
