Estupidos no les importa les tienes que rogar por un servicio y cuando consigues una cita la farmacia y la oficina manda mal las instrucciones y el medicamento que tal que mi mamá lo toma? Y le hace daño? Pendejos. Un año esperando por esta cita para que seguro al final no llegue la nueva medicina a tiempo y cancelen la cita. No valen verga
The worst place anyone can ever go. I wonder if about the doctor's or the staff. In honesty it's both. Horrible communication, lack of empathy for thier patients. I truly believe they are stealing from the insurances. They do very little and get paid for little yo do nothing. This office incompetence and Theives!!!
They never answer the phone. They keep you on hold take your name and number and tell you to call you back for an appointment and never do they take long to schedule any procedure and are very rude. Try to reach out to the doctor and will not call me or take my call.

Their automated system does not work at all. I just held on the line for a one hour 39 minutes for no one to ever take my turn in line It was 4:48 PM today, July 2, 2024 and supposedly I was the next one in line and never did my turn come up. The automated system just kept telling me that I was next in line and that my turn was coming up which never did so disappointing calling to reschedule a colonoscopy appointment and trying to do the right thing to save people time but they make me waste my time.
