Ive been impressed with the service here. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely take the time to explain and help. They have a great range of frames, but they even took the time to repair the ones I brought! It’s refreshing to go somewhere that feels personal rather than rushed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive service and quality care.
I was so impressed with the service I received! I went in thinking my glasses would take a while to fix and probably cost me something, but they repaired them straight away, and to my surprise, there was no charge at all. First time customer, staff were super friendly and helpful, managed to find a frame to fit my small face which is a challenge on its own! The staff went above and beyond to get my new glasses ready before my flight. Great service, love my glasses will come again!
