A few weekends ago my prescription glasses fell out of my pocket while I was working outside my house. I accidentally stepped on the glasses, the frame bent and a lens fell out. I took the glasses to Mordialloc Optical [where I bought them] first thing on the Monday morning. Expecting to need a new pair, I was pleasantly surprised when the lady at the store fixed the glasses for me on the spot. I think it took her about five minutes. I asked her how much I owed her for the repair and she answered "nothing". How good is that?... read more
