Hello, Hope you're well. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Morden Hall GP — the doctors, nurses, the pharmacy team, the reception, and especially "Stella". Wishing you all happiness and good health.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this GP practice. She was extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to [briefly explain what you were asking, e.g. book an appointment / ask about medication]. I felt dismissed and spoken to with a lack of respect, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and understanding, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients have a better experience .
