Very very rude receptionist don't know how talk
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Absolutely disgraceful. Extreme caution ⚠️ Three different doctors have said different diagnosis and the hospital actually questioned the type of GP I’ve seen. Dr Fiona white and mr Jonathan Cooke have had me waiting 10 days now after a referral to the hospital which I attended and they could not complete due to the paperwork not being filled in correctly.
I was sent to the hospital for a referral for suspected skin cancer and they could not complete it due to paperwork filled out incorrectly by this surgery. Gp Fiona White and I liaised with Mr Jonathan Cooke to resolve this but it’s 10 days later and it hasn’t been resolved.
We have had wonderfully service at Morden Hall medical centre for many years about( 50 years ) and now in our later years even more attention and care .
This isn't my primary GP, I was referred to the cardiology team under a nurse specialist. I am very pleased with their service despite the many negative feedbacks. Receptionist and the nurse are very nice and accomodating. I was slightly late for the appointment but they still catered to my needs. Thank you for your hard work.
