Terrible experience, hard to deal with, difficult to contact and didn't reply in a timely manner. Choose someone else.
The business advertises ‘emergency same-day help’, but when I called in urgent need, I was told this is not available for new clients. This advertising needs to be updated to prevent misleading families in crisis.
As a new employee with Morcare Services, I have been impressed with how diligent they are making sure staff have everything they need to be ready for the clients. Having support available at all times by phone is also a great comfort
