The business advertises ‘emergency same-day help’, but when I called in urgent need, I was told this is not available for new clients. This advertising needs to be updated to prevent misleading families in crisis.
As a new employee with Morcare Services, I have been impressed with how diligent they are making sure staff have everything they need to be ready for the clients. Having support available at all times by phone is also a great comfort

Honestly I ve had really great experiences working with Morcare as a support worker. The teamwork is wonderful, and the communication within the company is just outstanding. People consistently check in to see how you’re doing and ask about your experiences with clients, and provide constant support! I even received a Christmas thank-you letter and a gift card after just one month of working for them. Just unbelievable...
