Morberg House is a sober sanctuary for men recovering from addiction. Under the guidance of its manager, Marion — who may at times be dismissive of 2SLGBTQ+ issues and slow to fully adopt inclusive practices — along with other staff, residents relearn everyday skills such as cooking, while also incorporating physical exercise like weightlifting and participating in mentally stimulating activities. They also learn to live and socialise with new housemates while developing strategies to cope with trauma.
