We had an unfortunate experience at Morayfield Vet that I feel needs to be shared, particularly for owners of anxious or fearful pets. After my Rottweiler underwent surgery, she sadly tore a stitch and began bleeding heavily. She was rushed to Morayfield Vet by a neighbour and my son, as it was the closest available clinic. I've been going to this Vet clinic for 5-6 years now. They've always been super professional and very caring to my cats. Usually going above and beyond for them (and me). Recently one of my cats had fallen ill and had been avoiding any food. Dr Rhea and the nurses treated him wonderfully and while we tried the cheapest and easiest option for the first day, it sadly didn't work and I brought him back the following for x-rays and ultrasounds. You say your interested but that is purely for the "Google" show. You weren't interested when I raised it and you were so unapologetically rude about it - interrupting me, continually speaking over me. A very traumatic time made so much worse being abused by you guys. I CANNOT inform enough people the full story of how horrible my experience was with my dog - just horrible people!
