Very arrogant and condesending. Was spoken to like I was stupid after a simple request, by Kelly the head nurse. Do not understand how a person with so little customer and social skills can be placed in a position that can influence the behavior of the staff she managers. After speaking with the office manager about her behavior, I was fed excuses to try and justify her behavior.
