Our beautiful dog Rudi had to have an amputation due to a tumour in his front leg. All the staff were so kind and took their time explained everything to us so we could make the right decision for Rudi. Dr Grant did the operation and rang us before and after the operation explaining what would happen. Dr Justin was very caring and knowledgeable and helped with Rudi. I will comment when I calm down
Brought my new puppy in for the first vaccine and microchip. Thought it went well until afterwards when my puppy wasn't eating. Took her back in on Monday and she was given a clean bill of health, and they put the eating down to a nauseated stomach from the shot. She was given another shot to help the nausea and sent home. She died Tuesday night. After being told there was nothing wrong with her. Myself and my family have been taking our pets here for years. Now, I won't return.
