Don't bother. They forget about you. Went to hospital and found out I had indeed broken my lower back!!!
I’ve just had my second visit with Doctor Sally Johnson and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. It’s hard enough to prepare for an appointment that is painful however Dr Sally, through a caring and supportive atmosphere, takes away all your concerns. Her bedside manner is second to none (I have had much experience with doctors and health professionals) and for this reason I would recommend her most highly. Dr Sally is a beautiful person!

Edit: I tried booking over the phone to avoid giving HealthHub my credit card number and paying a surcharge explaining to the receptionist why I was unable to book online. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that it had been automatically cancelled because I didn't give Health Hub my credit card. It seems there's no way to use this practice if you don't agree. At this stage it's just icing on the cake.
