Brilliant, professional and curious throughout. Helpful beyond all expectations, a certain beer has been knocked off its perch. Moravian Motors probably the best garage in the world.
2 year old ranger - fairly sure needed discs and pads - scraping sound while braking. Informed garage of this and booked in. Garage instead carried out 2 year serviced and told me brakes were fine. 2 weeks later got an alert on the dash ‘brake system failure’ whilst on the road - another garage told me truck was not safe to be driving.
Amazing service all round will definitely return for any future repairs
Summer 2024 I took my 6 month old Ford Fiesta with 1500 miles to Moravian to check the gearbox. The mechanic was great, took me out for a quick drive, advised me that Ford will say it may still be bedding in. We agreed I would see how it is after it's done 5000 miles, and he will add notes to the system for today As Moravian were a Ford dealer at the time, I assumed there would be no charge on such a new car.
