I brought my 2 kittens here recently and WOW! All the staff were very friendly, courteous, and informative! I got what I feel was the best care, and received the BEST customer service I've received ANYWHERE in a while! The doctor was very patient as I asked all kinds of questions...not once did she seem annoyed with my questions, or the amount of questions I asked. First time customer and will be returning. Dr. Barron and Mandy were so compassionate and welcoming. They listened to our concerns and explained everything we needed to know. I did not feel rushed, I feel we had a thorough exam on our pup. I was given so much information and kindness. Pricey because of the meds but was given information to get credit back to use towards future visits and more. I'm so happy and relieved to have found a vet that actually cares and is sensitive. In my 32 years of life, I've had a good amount of pets, and with that comes getting to visit various veterinary practices. I can safely say that these people are not only the best at what they do, but they are the most trustworthy individuals I have met in this business. If you are looking for a primary vet for your dog or cat, this needs to be your first stop.
My cat was attacked by most likely a coyote and had two puncture wounds and bruising. He was also so lethargic that the doctor thought he was sedated. He had lost a lot of blood. I called at nine am and they got me right in at ten. They treated his wounds and gave him antibiotics and pain medicine. He has perked up though still definitely in pain and not wanting to move much.
