I recently purchased a 2nd hand washer / dryer unit from Moran’s TV & Appliance. I worked with Ryan and his mother and it was a great experience. They were friendly and extremely customer focused. Ryan helped me unload my old unit and loaded the new unit onto my truck. They stayed open late on Saturday to help me with the transaction. I highly recommend Moran’s and will definitely return for future appliance needs.
We reached out to get a washing machine looked at and repaired three weeks ago. An appointment was easily made, but when the time came two days later, no one showed up. After 2.5 hours, they called to let us know their van had broken down and we'd need to reschedule. Over the next 12 days, employees either showed up with no appointment, or worse, showed up at the wrong house to make a repair that was meant for someone else.
