Never had a problem with Morans! Been with them for many years! Always satisfied! They pick up and deliver which you don't find many small businesses do today! Love this place! Very reasonable too!
Very satisfied with service. Dealing with someone that is knowledgeable really helped alot. Went out of his way to make sure I got was right for me.
Called these guys when my washer wasn’t working right. The owner told it was a common issue and they ordered the part. After 7 weeks of me calling and only getting excuses from them, and an appointment that they never showed up for or even knew about, I went somewhere else. This place had terrible customer service for me and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
In a time when we're told to support small business this place makes it easy to understand why more people turn to the big box stores. $120 "service" call for an elderly lady for a refrigerator filling with water. The "tech" shut off the water supply to the ice maker and left. Didn't diagnose any further. Didn't look at obvious symptoms. Owner says *he stands by his repairman"... Who did nothing. 5 minutes online figured out the problem. Don't bother supporting a business that could not care less.
Great inventory. Got a dishwasher installed within days of purchase! Had to cancel Loews order. Had to wait over a month for installation
