We had to drop my mother's vehicle down to Morans for a rego check. Whilst waiting to pick up my wife I had issues with my Mazda BT50 it would start but it wouldn't go into gear. So called the NRMA, in the mean time I received assistance from Jarryn who solved the problem and got me back on the road promptly. Jarryn went over and above with his customer service and I am very appreciative of the assistance he provided. Also a shoutout to Tracey for her assistance today. Highly recommend Morans Service Centre.

Got 4 tyres put on today habe had problems for years now and for the first time am very happy all around with the job not 1 issue 💯 smooth as and was told prior my rims great job 👍
We were travelling to Queensland from Newcastle. On the way we lost the turbo in the Prado. At 30 minutes notice they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 1.5 hours. Replaced a $6 hose and and had us on our way. Remarkable service, courteous, friendly and informed us throughout. Very grateful. Thanks. Parry and Lucy
