No one on reception, have to phone a number. No cutlery,plates,dishes, not even cups/mugs in room, despite having a microwave,toaster, small fridge and kettle. 4 paper cups and some wooden sticks!!! are your cups/mugs/spoon!!! Rooms are OK, clean and tidy, tiny TV that you cannot adjust the viewing angle, with Foxtel if that's your thing. Futon style sofa with some very dodgy looking staining on it, bet it shines up bright as, under a UV lamp.
