I haven’t even been there yet… but 15 mins on hold to schedule an appt (2x) back to back & then get a VM with no call back… let’s me know a lot right there! Have to schedule but no one to schedule with? I’m worried about how it will be in office & how long will they take in office… smh… this is a shame. (pic is second call of waiting still)
Fast, friendly, and professional service.
Lady at front desk is definitely at the wrong job. She is condescending to patients and does not answer any questions from anyone. She just ask u what she wants to ask repeatedly ignoring your questions or concerns, kind of like a robot. Maybe a voice activated system would be alooooot nicer than her. She made this gentleman wait for over 40 min just to treat him like he was in the wrong picture is attached. I personally got move from a 1:00 appointment to a 2:30 because of a missing order that should have been in her files.... read more
