SCAM SCAM SCAM I started randomly getting harassing calls and "bills" in the mail for $300 for "radiology services" that I've NEVER received!
Just received a fake letter as well.
This place is a scam!!! I received a fake bill saying my insurance didn’t pay my bill. I called my insurance company and they said there is no open claim with this company! Don’t fall for their fake letter they mail out!!! Please be aware it’s a scam! I didn’t even go here for an appointment but thought maybe I would call in case I did and didn’t remember! Somehow our information was stolen and they are getting people to pay these fake bills.
Thieves!!! This company sent me an email with Providence logo with instructions to update my insurance. Stupid me! I later realized that it was a SPAM email. They can now access every procedures that I have at Mission Hospital and send me bills. They set-up their office by CHOC, pretending to be part of Providence. I assume they can access patients information at any Providence Hospitals. Anybody who click and sign up to their phishing email is bound to be spammed forever.
