Rude and unprofessional service. Complete waste of my time. Took quotes for home and auto from eight different agencies over the course of a week and this agency really stood out as just awful. Avoid like the plague
Fast friendly service great environment great people
Customer service since Ryan left is terrible. Failed to notify me in a timely manner about my carrier not renewing my policy, through no fault of my own. Poor service. Look elsewhere if you are able.

As a 16 year customer of MM&D insurance, this year I would give them zero stars if I could. Ever since Ryan left, this agency has gone completely downhill. The agency failed to do their job, and as a result I lost my insurance policies. I relied on MM&D to handle my account professionally and communicate important updates and requirements, but they failed miserably.
