Dr. C Moran was dismissive of my medical concerns and discharged me as a pt with no written notice due to a temporary relocation for post-secondary studies. I found out by calling the clinic and was apprised of the pt termination. Dr. C Moran prescribed me a medication for 10+ years without a medication review. My experiences with the Moran Medical clinic was very discouraging. Some physicians at the clinic are diligent and attentive; others can be dismissive of health concerns.
Receptionists and nurses are VERY rude.
I have been a patient of Dr. Catherine Moran for over 20 years. I have always felt well taken care of by Dr. Moran. She gets things done and is very thorough and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable discussing things with her and have wonderful conversations. She has always been an advocate for her patients best interests. My 2 grown daughters are also patients of hers. I will forever be grateful for finding Dr. Moran all those years ago ☺️
Thank you Dr. Kate Shield! She is thorough, down to earth and understands that she is a part of our family's dynamic health team. We feel she listens to our health concerns and deals with it accordingly. But most of all we appreciate her great sense of humour. Laughter, after all is the best medicine.
