The place needs to start being more caring towards residents & families. Stop acting like supplies are coming out of staff pocket, residents pays for everything through insurance, retirement, assets, etc. Start taking complaints seriously. Stop dropping the ball & do your job. I have much more I can say like stop letting residents sit on bed pans for pads for hours. Great new staff, management team, and facility. A+
Need to hire more responsible and dependable GNAs to care for the amount of residents. Our mama has been a resident for 10 months. We have to fight for better care and essential supplies on a daily basis. I don't know what residents do who don't have an advocate to speak up for them.
I was there from May 5th. Till today. The ONLY reason I transferred to Frostburg, my wife live here my kids .n grandkids. N I'm from here.......
On the Sunday's when I visited my mother at Moran Manor, I noticed patients, staff, and visitors appreciated the church services on Sunday. Even when the weather was bad or staff was out with illness there was still an effort to get everyone to the Sunday Services. I'm probably a little late in thanking the pastors and staff for arranging these church services.
