Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Had cash in hand and walked out. Went to Graff Chevrolet in Sandusky where I was treated with respect.
Service Dept was not willing to do warranty repairs. They tried to convince me it was my responsibility to pay for work because of the oil filter I choose. Now I have to fight with the Corporate office to convince them. They would not even listen to our concerns. Their customer service skills left alot to be desired. I was treated like I did not know an oil filter from a steering wheel. The service dept manager was arrogant and rude to us. I would recomend them to any one fast service and Mr. Barker the general manger is one of the nicest people you will ever meet I would not go any where else for my car repairs.
