Just wanted to tell the team at Moran Collision how much I appreciate their professionalism and promptness. Excellent customer service, which it hard to find these days. They make a process that isn’t exactly enjoyable, so smooth, and they do such a great job on the vehicle. Returned to me cleaner than when I took it in. And while I hope to never have to return, there’s no other place I’d take my car if I needed collision service. 10/10 recommend!!!!
Wouldn't do work on my vehicle because I didn't buy it from them. Over the years I've got 3 vehicles from them but not this one because they didn't have what I was looking for.
Had a great experience with Moran Blue Water Collision! Repairs were done quickly (after parts were received) My vehicle came back to me impeccably clean inside and out! Will definitely use them again if ever needed!
Moran did a great job on my car after someone side swiped it. I am grateful they were able to provide a loaner while the work was being done. The work took a week. It did take a month for parts to arrive and the work to begin, but I don't believe that was their fault. Patti was nice to work with. :)
Never have i been treated so poorly in my life. First, they misplaced my check from my insurance company, then they argued with me and said they never received it. Not once did anyone say they would look into it, Dave just argued with me and said I never gave it to them. When they did find the check, they had put it under someone else's name and laughed as if it was a funny mistake. The way I was treated over THEIR mistake is not okay. I will never go back and I would tell everyone the same.
