Hi, If you are going solar then maybe this is not the company. We have a 10 kW system installed by them. I have just discovered the power output is way lower that 10kW and by bad design by them the system would at most output 7kW. After getting hold of them to correct the issue the response I got was. "We cannot come as we are short of staff". Not even, "Lets book it in for a couple of weeks time".
