I just a when to fill out my tax papers with them and I start talking to them about solar panels, guess what?? They don’t know anything about it. I pay $225.00 just to guess?? Then I go to Rita’s tax service to check over this and they do know about solar panels credit,, and they help me with my needs! I come back with this peopple and I already know they aren’t going to give me my money back,, but at least I came back to said,, I GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Not recommended this place anymore

I've been filling with them for years and never had a problem until 2023 I haven't received my tax return due to a mistake Mr Morales made I've been very professional with him until this morning when I called about a letter I received stating I'll be sued due to the advance I got mind you I have no yet got tax return but as I was explaining the situation to him he laughed at me and hung up in my face and stop answering my phone calls that's very unprofessional this will be my last year filling with them they can't be trusted... read more
