Dr Morales is amazing, unfortunately, she’s become very popular and has a long 4+ month waitlist. After waiting to see her three months, they cancel on me the night before and can’t get me in for another 4 months. I didn’t come here to see practitioners, midwives, or other doctors, I came to the practice for HER. It’s sad that they seem to prioritize new clients over old ones or take on so many that they can’t see clients that have been there since the beginning for over 4 months and they don’t have a cancelation list. Dr. Kelly morales is the best!!
I came in about a year ago for my first pregnancy. As a newlywed, having medical history, and never having been pregnant I was very nervous. I got my blood work and first ultrasound done. The ultrasound technician didn’t explain a transvaginal ultrasound to me, didn’t walk me through anything. Then I followed up with an NP with who was pregnant herself. I really wanted to like this practice, but I cannot recommend. I read great things about Dr. Morales, but was only ever seen by an NP. The NP seemed annoyed and dismissive regarding my questions and scheduled a follow-up appointment for a month later. Also throughout my visit it felt like I was playing a game no one told me the rules to. There was miscommunication regarding the purpose of the appointment and strong "why are you here" vibes from staff. Unable to get in contact with them after they got me signed up as a new patient. Was promised documentation would be returned to me the next day after my first appointment and have not received it after almost a week. Have emailed them multiple times with no response and every time I call there is an hour wait. It’s not reasonable if you are someone that works to sit on the phone waiting for hours at a time.
