**UPDATE** Dr. Dente-Ellis preformed my csection and it was my best one yet! He is such a sweet guy and very easy going. I went into surgery excited and fully trusting him. He did not disappoint. He followed my birth plan and it was just overall a great experience. I haven't looked at my incision personally yet but my husband said it looks great and he did a good job with it. My previous OB/Gyn closed her practice and sent her medical records to this practice to schedule an appointment for follow up care. I scheduled a new patient visit over a month ago for 1/24/25. They wouldn’t let me schedule with a physician for the first visit, so they scheduled me with an NP. I confirmed my appointment on Tuesday, 1/21, and on Thursday 1/23, I received a text, the day before my appointment that the provide is out of the office. No phone call, just a text. Be sure they confirm they take your insurance!! I’m not one to leave a review but I have to say I am in shock at the lack of communication and sympathy from the administrative team. I was looking forward to being seen at this office for my second pregnancy and was hopeful by most of the reviews. I was able to schedule my first appointment with them back in November , I would have been 11 weeks pregnant at that appointment I believe . I want to thank Dr Kelly Morales for giving me such an amazing c section, or how she likes to call it, “sunroof birth” An experience I will never forget. The whole team was excellent, especially at bedside manner. I was treated so kind and felt so safe at her hands. She delivered my baby girl with such care, love and gentleness. I can tell she absolutely loves what she does. I’ll forever be thankful to her.
Dr. Morales and her staff are really nice. If you're lucky enough to see her, she truly takes the time to listen to you. I'm not surprised why this makes her such a sought after OBGYN. Because of that popularity though, it's not easy getting an appointment to see her and there seems to be a disconnect in her office with communication.
