We hired the owner, Leonel, to pour concrete for our basement and garage floors for new construction home. He scheduled the cement for delivery in the afternoon and only half his crew showed up to work. The concrete sat in the trucks for too long and both floors cracked the next day. They had to break out the garage floor and Leonel's son damaged the foundation in the process. Needless to say we had someone else redo the garage floor for us. Leonel promised to come back to take away the broken concrete, but never showed up.
Lied to us over and over again. We had to fight to get him to finish. We had to do some of the final details ourselves.
