Not to impressed called for a quote on a water heater change out received a verbal of $2500. Changed it myself the next day $600 paid a helper $200. I could understand a 600 to 800 profit, 1600 is really pushing it for a 3 hour job. Understand buying, the water heater, draining, and recycling. That's why 3 hours

I was lucky and caught John at the right time. I made a phone inquiry and he was at my house within the hour. I was relieved that he had experience with Grohe faucets. The work went quickly and the cost was less than his initial ballpark quotation. I would certainly use his services again.

Called to get some help with a Garbage disposal and he basically told me he didn't have time for me and to call him on Monday. Horrible customer service!
