I have gone to Charlie for ten years. He was amazing. Recently, I have been extremely cognizant about the prices raised - but I still continued to support my local color. However today is beyond limits - I feel taken advantage of. I dropped off 1 queen bottom, top and three standard pillowcases- PRESS ONLY- THE Total? 105.00 DOLLARS! THEY HAVE LOST THEIR WAY. Be warned-

I got several items dry cleaned here and believe they’re fine (will check later and update) which is why a 2 star. But mainly a 1 star in my book because I recently got an extremely nice jacket dry cleaned here (which has been dry cleaned multiple times before without issue) and my jacket has shrunk. Although I can gain weight, my arms aren’t growing any longer and I’m not getting any taller so 100% it has shrunk. Charles is great. Always a smile on his face, great work, and always done on time. Only place I take my dry cleaning. He has also done some awesome alterations for me a few times. Love Clean-X-Press!
