The staff is absolutely amazing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Ms. Gloria Sterling, in the front desk has the best smile and her infectious joy and warmth makes you feel right at home. Mr. Eddie Phelps, the executive director is always available and accessible for any concerns or questions you may have; open door policy to the residents and the residents family is a priority to him.
