I have friends that live there that dont get the care they need and they are planning to move to another senior living. Especially after the front hall way fire that lead to the people fixing it busting a water line and flooded the front. And they never have enough staff to take care of them.
Ana Gonzalez, made the process of becoming a resident smooth and easy for my family member! She communicates so well with those transitioning to a new living environment!! Deeply grateful!
