What a joke my mome and other were evicted they dont always draft form bank on ssi , ssi aĺows 4000 max in bank stops payments . Basically mom and others owed 9000 bucks insane. So many managers in a short time frame and the kitchen went to crap greasy foods no veggies no fruit. Do not send anyone there
One day my dad would get one of his medications the next day he would get 10 different medications. They have no idea what medications are being given because they are not nurses they are here illegally and don't speak read or write English. Very few staff members speak English. They left my step mother alone and she was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LEFT ALONE! SHE FELL HIT HER HEAD AND BROKE SOME RIBS. ended up in the hospital for a week then was put in a nursing home. My mom has been living here for a month. The staff are great. There is a lot of life here. Morada was recommended by a friend whose mother lived here her last five years and loved it. They let my mother bring her windmill and lawn chair to the courtyard. We are relieved and she loves it.
My mother moved in here for one month. Nothing they told her they did (drinks 24/7, healthy meals, etc.) was true. She didn’t even have a closet in her room or anywhere to put her clothes. The room was small and the staff used their key to get in anytime they wanted. There are no doors to separate the two small bedrooms from each other, even though you’re living in the same room with a stranger. They stay short on staff. They can’t keep a cook.
