From the first phone call to Mora Heating there was a level of response and professionalism that was unmatched with 3 other companies we asked for diagnosis and estimates to replace our 17 year old HVAC unit. Carlos gave us a very good estimate and continued with great follow up as to when our new Majic-Pak system would arrive in Denver. Installation was quick - several hours. Carlos was able to get to our house on short notice when it was 100F outside. He quickly found and fixed the problem on our broken AC. He was very friendly and professional. I'll be using him every time in the future!

Carlos came out today and was super helpful. He explained what was wrong thoroughly and he gave great advice on how to avoid issues in the future. We asked hypothetically questions and he took time to answer them. Due to COVID he wore a mask; kept his distance and wore shoe coverings in my home. He was courteous and very friendly. Thank goodness for Mr. Mora and his crew. Our A/C went out. He came out personally and evaluated the situation. Told me he would be back to me with a price and also told me my other unit didn't need to be replaced. How's that for honesty! So he sent me the estimate, we decided to move forward, and he had a new A/C unit for our lower level installed in less than 4 hours. his crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after they left.
