We had purchased 8 windows. Within our warranty time frame, 7 of the 8 windows developed smoky streaks as well as a hazy glaze through them. The owner came out and looked and said he had never seen this happen before. Then called us a few days later and told us that the company they purchased the windows from had gone out of business so there was nothing they could do other than cut us a break on the install price when we purchased new windows again.
