Fast unloading. Shipping and receiving are AWESOME
Bought a couch back in July and it broke. Called warranty to see how to get it fixed. Sent out a technician to come see if they could fix it. He came out and said it would have to be replaced and they will schedule a drop off for the new couch. Never once was I told to make sure I had the couch looking like new in order for them to load it on the truck to return. I was instructed to get every single dog hair off the couch. They left the couch in pieces and told me to call the 1800 number to schedule a new delivery date.
Alright, this is for John Fry. This guy is so kind. My husband and I ordered 2 barstools and we’re going to pick them up because we truly don’t have the money to spend on delivery. John called me yesterday just trying to see if we’d like free delivery because someone cancelled. My husband and I work so I told him no but he said if anyone else cancelled he would call me back. NEVER AGAIN! MOR FURNITURE cares nothing about customer service AFTER they make their purchase. You are on your own once they make the sale. This whole process of picking up from the wearhouse is garbage. Wont do it again and I advise others to stay away from MOR FURNITURE
